Privacy policy

Short and to the point: what data we collect, why, and what you can do about it. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics tools.

01

Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Katarzyna Łukaszuk, ul. Paderewskiego 2/2c, 62-030 Luboń, Poland, VAT ID PL5432019747, REGON 369601713. For any data-related matter contact katarzyna.lukaszuk84@gmail.com or +48 530 438 433.

02

What data, and where it comes from

We process only the data you give us yourself, by e-mail or through the contact form: name, company name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your enquiry (show name, dates, floor area, project description). If you attach files to the form — a hall plan, a brief, the organiser's technical regulations, your logo, reference photos — we process their contents as well.

03

Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, where applicable, conclude and perform a contract — the basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract, and performance of that contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest: conducting business correspondence and defending against claims). If we end up working together, billing data is also processed under Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR — statutory tax and accounting obligations.

04

How long we keep it

Business correspondence that did not lead to a contract — up to 12 months from the last contact. Data connected with a delivered project — for the period required by tax law (as a rule 5 years from the end of the year in which the accounting document was issued) and until claims become time-barred. Files attached to the form are kept alongside the correspondence, for the same periods — you can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

05

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing purposes. It may only reach parties without whom the job cannot be delivered: our accountants, the show organiser (stand design submission), the carrier and the installation crew — in each case only to the extent needed to deliver the service.

The technical operation of the form is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. — site hosting and storage of enquiry content and uploaded files. Messages are delivered to a Gmail mailbox operated by Google LLC. Resend or Cloudflare Email Service may be used for the technical delivery of notifications. Cloudflare, Google and Resend may process data outside the European Economic Area; transfers use mechanisms provided for by the GDPR, in particular an applicable adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

06

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it or restrict its processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. An e-mail to the address above is enough. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority — Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland. Providing your data is voluntary, but without it we cannot prepare a quote.

07

Cookies, analytics, hosting

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics tools or social media plugins. Typefaces are served from our own domain — your browser makes no connection to third-party font servers. The site runs on Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure, whose servers keep standard access logs (IP address, request time, browser type) necessary to provide the hosting service and keep it secure.

08

Photographs and trade marks

The photographs in the portfolio document stands whose delivery we worked on at industry trade fairs. Any names and trade marks visible in them belong to their respective owners and are used solely to document completed work.
